Job Description
Join our dynamic team as an Entry-Level Retail Team Member at our Manchester store! We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about fashion and customer service. No prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude
- Maintain a tidy and appealing sales floor, including merchandising and restocking
- Process transactions accurately at the cash register and handle returns/exchanges
- Assist with fitting room duties and ensure cleanliness
- Contribute to a positive team environment and store operations
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong customer service focus
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 kg occasionally

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (not essential, but a plus)
