Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to join our dynamic team in Windsor, Ontario. This pivotal role involves leading the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring architectural integrity, and driving innovation. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and technical oversight of complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Define technical best practices, patterns, and standards for Salesforce development and integration.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, guiding them through the full project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and clients, to translate business needs into scalable and robust technical solutions.
- Conduct technical reviews, assessments, and audits of Salesforce implementations.
- Drive innovation by staying abreast of new Salesforce features, products, and industry trends.
- Manage technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 2 years in an architect role.
- Demonstrable expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Force.com.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, data model, and API capabilities.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
- Experience with integration patterns and tools (MuleSoft, Salesforce Integration Cloud, SOAP/REST APIs).
- Familiarity with deployment processes and tools (CI/CD, DevOps).
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect certification (or equivalent demonstrable experience).
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or active pursuit of the certification.
- Experience with other Salesforce clouds like Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, CPQ, or Field Service Lightning.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
- Experience in an agile development environment.
- Previous consulting experience with external clients.
- Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect).
