Job Description
Join the dedicated team at Walmart Canada’s distribution network in St. Catharines as a Scan & Pack Warehouse Clerk! We are seeking highly motivated individuals for immediate full-time openings in a dynamic, fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately scan and verify product information using handheld RF scanners.
- Efficiently pack items according to specific guidelines, ensuring products are protected for transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies or damages.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals and deadlines.
- Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as required.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and understand packing instructions and safety guidelines.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, walk long distances, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or logistics environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or RF scanning technology.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
