Job Description
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team? Domino’s Pizza in Derry/Londonderry is searching for enthusiastic and reliable Scooter Delivery Riders to join our crew! No prior delivery experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training to ensure you’re confident and safe on the road. As a Scooter Delivery Rider, you’ll be the face of Domino’s, ensuring our delicious pizzas reach our customers hot and on time. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy being out and about, have a good sense of direction, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver pizza and other menu items to customers' homes or businesses.
- Ensure all orders are correct and complete before leaving the store.
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Handle cash and card payments accurately.
- Assist with in-store duties when not out on deliveries, such as box making or general cleaning.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of your assigned delivery scooter.
Required Skills
- Valid UK Provisional or Full Motorcycle Licence (CBT required)
- Ability to ride a scooter safely and confidently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good geographical knowledge of the Derry/Londonderry area.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
- Experience working in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
