Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a high visibility presence to deter illegal and inappropriate actions.
- Observe and report activities and incidents, providing detailed reports in a timely manner.
- Protect company property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment.
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas, both on foot and via vehicle (if applicable).
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor surveillance equipment, inspect buildings, equipment, and access points.
- Enforce regulations for the protection of personnel and property.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees.
Required Skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent life experience).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency for report writing.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
