Job Description

You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment during night shifts at various sites within the Esperance region. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of designated sites to deter and detect unauthorized activity.
- Monitor surveillance equipment and alarm systems for any signs of intrusion or disturbance.
- Respond promptly and effectively to alarms and emergency situations.
- Document and report all incidents, suspicious activities, and security breaches.
- Ensure the security of premises, personnel, and assets.
- Control access points, verifying credentials for entry and exit.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Provide a visible security presence to maintain order and deter criminal activity.
Required Skills
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency with full working rights.
- Ability to obtain and hold a valid Western Australian security license (full training and support provided).
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and police clearance.
- Current valid Driver's License and reliable transport.
Preferred Qualifications
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field (e.g., hospitality, retail).
- Availability to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
