Job Description

Second Cup Coffee Co. in Baie-Comeau is seeking an enthusiastic Specialty Tea / Coffee Retailer to join our team in a vibrant mall environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage customers through interactive product tastings of our specialty teas and coffees.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and offering personalized recommendations.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages according to Second Cup standards.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems and handle transactions accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment, including display merchandising.
  • Stock shelves and ensure product availability.
  • Educate customers on different tea and coffee profiles, brewing methods, and product origins.
  • Actively participate in promotional activities and special events.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and operational guidelines.
