Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Spice Bottling Assistant to join our production team in Mansfield. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals looking for stable, clean indoor work with full training provided. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our premium spices are accurately weighed, bottled, and packaged to meet our high-quality standards. No prior experience in manufacturing or bottling is required; we are looking for individuals with a good work ethic and a willingness to learn and contribute to a friendly team.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor bottling and packaging machinery under supervision.
- Accurately weigh and fill spice products into various containers.
- Apply labels and seals to product packaging.
- Inspect products for quality defects and ensure correct packaging.
- Assist with inventory management by recording finished goods.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
