Job Description
UNFI is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Subscription Box Kitting Worker. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately assembling various components into curated monthly subscription boxes, ensuring each box meets our high standards for quality and presentation. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys a hands-on role in a dynamic warehouse environment, has excellent attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and package various items according to specific subscription box recipes or manifests.
- Perform quality checks on all products to ensure they meet brand standards before kitting.
- Assemble subscription boxes with precision, ensuring proper item placement and presentation.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment safely, after proper training.

- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 25 lbs), and bend for extended periods.
