Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Talent Agent Assistant to join our busy team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to start a career in the entertainment industry and learn the ropes of talent representation. You will provide crucial administrative and logistical support to our senior talent agents, ensuring smooth operations and efficient management of our artists’ schedules and communications. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organise agent calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate auditions, callbacks, and meetings for talent.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, acting as a primary point of contact.
  • Prepare and distribute talent portfolios, résumés, and headshots.
  • Maintain and update talent databases and digital files with accuracy.
  • Assist with contract preparation and follow-up.
  • Research industry trends, casting calls, and potential opportunities.
  • Provide general administrative support to the agents and the wider team.
  • Run errands and perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Required Skills
