Job Description

Tan FX Tanning Studios in Sydney, Nova Scotia is seeking a dedicated Tanning Salon Consultant to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be the face of our salon, responsible for providing outstanding customer service, educating clients on our services and products, maintaining a pristine environment, and driving sales. Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service, assisting with inquiries and appointments.
- Educate clients on various tanning services, packages, and lotions, making personalized recommendations.
- Accurately process sales transactions using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of tanning beds, rooms, and common areas to the highest standards.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cash handling and facility checks.
- Monitor tanning equipment and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Manage client records and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
- Promote special offers, promotions, and loyalty programs to clients.
- Assist with inventory management and merchandising displays.
- Uphold all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
