Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Textile Weaving & Loom Operation Intern to join our production team. This entry-level internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fascinating world of textile manufacturing. You will work closely with experienced operators and engineers, learning the intricacies of loom setup, operation, and maintenance. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior loom operators in setting up weaving machinery, including threading looms and preparing warps and wefts.
  • Learn to monitor looms during operation, identifying and reporting any potential issues or malfunctions.
  • Support the production team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Conduct basic quality checks on woven fabrics to ensure adherence to specifications.
  • Participate in daily production meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
  • Follow all safety protocols and operational guidelines.
  • Document observations and learn about different textile materials and weaving patterns.
