Job Description
We are seeking friendly and reliable Till Operators to join our team in Bridge of Don. As a Till Operator, you will be the face of Tesco, providing excellent customer service and efficiently processing transactions. This is an entry-level position, and full training will be provided, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the till system.
- Handle various payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, and contactless payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers warmly and assisting with their queries.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised checkout area.
- Assist with product scanning and bagging items responsibly.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including age verification for restricted sales.
