Job Description

We are seeking a highly professional and organized individual to join our Fort Wayne office as a Wealth Management Receptionist. This role is crucial as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and efficient experience. You will provide essential administrative support, contributing to the smooth operation of our busy wealth management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors warmly, directing them to the appropriate personnel or meeting rooms.
  • Manage incoming calls and correspondence, accurately relaying messages and information.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for financial advisors and executives.
  • Maintain a tidy and professional reception area, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Support office events and meetings as needed.
  • Adhere to all company policies and maintain strict confidentiality of client information.
