Job Description

No prior experience is required; we are dedicated to providing comprehensive, hands-on training to help you develop the skills needed to operate our state-of-the-art machinery safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all training programs related to machine operation, safety, and quality control.
- Learn to set up, operate, and monitor various packaging machinery under direct supervision.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
- Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet specified standards.
- Assist with basic machine maintenance and cleaning tasks as required.
- Report any machine malfunctions, production issues, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets and maintain a tidy workstation.

- Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality and attendance.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and meticulously.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
