Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in all training programs related to machine operation, safety, and quality control.
  • Learn to set up, operate, and monitor various packaging machinery under direct supervision.
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
  • Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet specified standards.
  • Assist with basic machine maintenance and cleaning tasks as required.
  • Report any machine malfunctions, production issues, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets and maintain a tidy workstation.
