Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all provided training programs to learn machine operation, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Under supervision, assist with setting up, operating, and monitoring production machinery.
- Perform routine checks on equipment and products to ensure adherence to quality specifications.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, contributing to a safe and efficient factory environment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to a supervisor promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and support overall operational goals.
Required Skills
- Strong work ethic and a desire to learn and develop new skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines meticulously.

- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Basic understanding of mathematics (for measurements and counts).
