Key Responsibilities

- Ensure all information meets federal regulations and security protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding application status or discrepancies.
- Handle sensitive and confidential applicant information with the utmost integrity and discretion.
- Actively participate in and successfully complete all provided paid training programs.
- Adhere to strict operational procedures and security standards within the processing center.
