Tesco is offering a full-time, permanent position for a Trainee Reach Truck Driver, with a fully funded licence provided for successful candidates! As a Trainee Reach Truck Driver, you will be crucial to our warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient movement and storage of goods. Key Responsibilities
- Undertake and successfully complete a fully funded Reach Truck training course.
- Learn to safely and efficiently operate a Reach Truck in a busy warehouse environment.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving products and materials.
- Perform pre-operation checks on equipment and report any faults.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to meet operational targets.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
Required Skills
- A strong desire to learn and develop new skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- No previous experience operating a Reach Truck or holding a licence is required – full training will be provided!

- Previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment (e.g., as a picker, packer, or general operative).
- An understanding of basic warehouse operations and procedures.
