Job Description
Are you a highly motivated and ambitious individual looking to kick-start your career in recruitment? We are seeking enthusiastic Trainee Recruitment Resourcers to join our vibrant team in Glasgow. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone with no prior experience in recruitment, as full comprehensive training will be provided. You will play a crucial role in supporting our experienced consultants by identifying and attracting top talent for various roles. With uncapped commission potential, your hard work and success will be directly rewarded. Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and our internal database.
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls to assess suitability, motivation, and availability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support senior consultants in managing candidate pipelines and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Contribute to team meetings and collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve recruitment goals.
