Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and impeccably presented VIP Lounge Host to join our esteemed team at The Stamford Grand Adelaide. This role is crucial in delivering an exclusive and refined experience for our most discerning guests within our private VIP lounge. The ideal candidate will possess a natural flair for high-end service, an unwavering attention to detail, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for creating an atmosphere of comfort and exclusivity, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and luxurious visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome VIP guests to the lounge, managing access with discretion and efficiency.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized, proactive service, including food and beverage offerings.
- Maintain the impeccable presentation and cleanliness of the VIP lounge at all times.
- Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and special requests, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Ensure a consistent supply of premium snacks, beverages, and reading materials.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally.
- Process guest transactions accurately and efficiently, if applicable.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a cohesive and luxurious guest experience.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in a high-end customer service or hospitality role (minimum 2 years).
