Job Description
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and looking for a flexible part-time role that you can perform from anywhere? CGI is seeking a dedicated Virtual Inbox Manager to help streamline our digital communications. In this 100% remote position, you will be responsible for efficiently managing and clearing email inboxes, ensuring timely responses, proper categorization, and effective information flow. This role is perfect for individuals who excel at managing digital clutter, maintaining order, and supporting efficient team operations, all while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage multiple email inboxes daily, ensuring all emails are processed.
- Categorize, label, and archive emails according to established guidelines.
- Respond to routine inquiries using predefined templates and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Delete spam and irrelevant emails to maintain a clean and organized inbox.
- Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings based on email communications.
- Prepare summaries or reports of key email communications as requested.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all information handled.
Required Skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in using email platforms (e.g., Outlook, Gmail) and digital communication tools.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a remote setting.
- Basic understanding of data privacy and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role.
- Familiarity with project management or CRM software.
- Experience with advanced email filtering and automation rules.
- Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset, given our global operations and Quebec City presence.
