Job Description
We are seeking observant and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Virtual Mystery Shoppers. In this 100% remote role, you will play a crucial part in evaluating and improving the online customer journey across various websites and e-commerce platforms. Your mission will be to discreetly assess website navigation, product information accuracy, checkout processes, and online customer service interactions. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellent online experiences, no prior professional experience required. Full training will be provided to successful candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Navigate assigned websites and e-commerce platforms according to specific scenarios and guidelines.
- Evaluate user interface, ease of navigation, and overall website usability.
- Assess the accuracy, completeness, and clarity of product descriptions and imagery.
- Test the online checkout process, including payment options and order confirmation.
- Interact with online customer service (e.g., live chat, email) to evaluate responsiveness and helpfulness.
- Identify and document any technical glitches, broken links, or inconsistencies on websites.
- Provide comprehensive, objective, and detailed written feedback using provided templates.
- Adhere to strict deadlines and guidelines for each mystery shopping assignment.
- Maintain confidentiality of all assigned tasks and findings.
Required Skills
- Excellent written communication skills in English or French.
- Strong attention to detail and observational abilities.
- Reliable internet access and a personal computer or laptop.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with web browsers.
- Ability to follow instructions meticulously and work independently.
- High level of integrity and discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with online shopping and various e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with writing reviews or providing constructive feedback.
- Access to a smartphone for mobile website evaluations (if required).
