Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain multiple calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, including sending invitations, tracking RSVPs, and preparing necessary materials.
  • Handle incoming scheduling requests and prioritize based on urgency and importance.
  • Communicate effectively with internal team members and external contacts to confirm appointments.
  • Assist with preparing and organizing documents or information related to scheduled activities.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed to ensure efficient operations.
  • Utilize virtual communication and scheduling tools proficiently.
