Job Description
We are seeking empathetic and dedicated Virtual Veteran Support Representatives to join our remote public sector team. In this crucial role, you will be the first point of contact for veterans seeking assistance, guidance, and information regarding various public services and support networks. You will play a vital part in ensuring veterans and their families receive timely, accurate, and compassionate support, helping them navigate complex systems and access the resources they need. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to contribute meaningfully from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive information and support to veterans and their families via phone, email, and online chat.
- Listen empathetically to veteran inquiries, identifying needs and offering appropriate solutions or referrals.
- Navigate various public sector databases and resources to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Document all interactions and update veteran records with precision and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adhere to all data protection, privacy, and public sector guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance service knowledge and skills.
