Key Responsibilities

  • Source, identify, and attract potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and our internal database.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate suitability for open positions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support senior recruitment consultants in managing job postings, scheduling interviews, and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires and ongoing candidate care.
