Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Virtual Veteran Support Representative to join our remote team. In this 100% remote role, you will be the primary point of contact for veterans and their families, providing essential information, resources, and support. This is an entry-level position where comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success. You will play a vital role in helping veterans navigate various public sector programs and services, ensuring they receive the assistance they need with dignity and respect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to veteran inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding benefits, programs, and services.
  • Provide accurate, clear, and concise information on available resources and eligibility criteria.
  • Document all interactions and maintain detailed, confidential records in accordance with established procedures.
  • Guide veterans through application processes and connect them with appropriate specialists or departments.
  • Identify and escalate complex or sensitive issues to senior representatives or management as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all relevant public sector programs, policies, and procedural changes.
  • Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism in all interactions.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and ability to quickly learn new software systems.
