Job Description

This role is perfect for enthusiastic individuals with little to no prior experience in visual merchandising. You will work alongside experienced visual merchandising professionals, learning the art and science of creating compelling store presentations that captivate our guests and highlight our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all provided training sessions to learn visual merchandising principles, techniques, and company standards.
- Assist the Visual Merchandising team in the execution of seasonal and promotional displays throughout the store.
- Help set up and maintain merchandise presentations, ensuring visual standards are consistently met.
- Learn to interpret visual directives and guidelines to create engaging product stories.
- Support the team in organizing and preparing props, fixtures, and signage for various displays.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of display areas and the visual stockroom.
- Provide feedback and ideas for improving visual presentations.
- Adhere to all safety standards and operational procedures.
Required Skills
- Eagerness to learn and a strong interest in retail, fashion, or interior design.
- Creative flair and a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks requiring bending and reaching.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of current retail trends.
- Experience with basic hand tools (e.g., screwdriver, measuring tape) is a plus, but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
