Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Waitstaff to join our team for weekend day shifts. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who love working in a dynamic environment and enjoy providing excellent service. You will be responsible for ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly upon arrival
- Present menus and provide detailed information on specials and beverages
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Monitor table activity to ensure guests' needs are met throughout their meal
- Clear tables, set up for new guests, and maintain a clean dining area
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns with a friendly and helpful approach
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations

Preferred Qualifications

- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Knowledge of local Tasmanian produce and wines
