Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and process incoming freight and materials
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or customer pickup
- Safely operate various warehouse equipment (after training and certification)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) regularly
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes
- Basic communication skills
- Attention to detail for accuracy in order fulfillment
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced warehouse setting
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous experience in a physical labor role or fast-paced environment (not required for warehouse, but beneficial)
- Forklift certification (not required, training provided)
