Job Description
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic warehouse environment in beautiful Broome? Toll Group is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Labourers to join our team. This role is perfect for backpackers and individuals seeking immediate work, offering full training and weekly pay. No prior experience is necessary – just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn! You will be a crucial part of our operations, helping to ensure the smooth flow of goods through our facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload goods from trucks and containers
- Assist with sorting, packing, and labelling products for dispatch
- Perform general warehouse duties including cleaning and tidying work areas
- Operate basic warehouse equipment under supervision (training provided)
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures at all times
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and ability to lift up to 20kg
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently
- Basic communication skills in English
- Commitment to workplace safety
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manual labour role (not required, but a bonus)
- Valid Australian driver's license
- Current forklift license (LF or LO) – highly regarded but not essential
