Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all training programs to obtain your forklift license and develop operational proficiency.
- Learn and adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines within the warehouse environment.
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and movement of goods using various equipment (once licensed and trained).
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals.
- Perform general warehouse duties as required.
Required Skills
- A strong commitment to safety and a willingness to learn.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks as required in a warehouse environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including potential shifts or overtime.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- A current Australian driver's license and reliable transport.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
