Job Description
Join the Amazon team as a Full-Time Warehouse Picker Packer in Houston, TX! This is a permanent, entry-level position where no prior experience is required. We are looking for motivated individuals eager to learn and contribute to our fast-paced fulfillment operations. You will be an essential part of our team, responsible for ensuring products are accurately picked, packed, and ready for shipment, playing a crucial role in delivering smiles to our customers. Full training will be provided to help you succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick products from designated locations based on customer orders.
- Scan and sort items into appropriate containers or areas.
- Pack items securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
- Apply correct shipping labels and prepare packages for shipment.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as hand trucks or pallet jacks (training provided).
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures within the warehouse environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity and quality goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 49 pounds.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Strong attention to detail for accurate order fulfillment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of inventory procedures (not required, training provided).
