Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and organised Wealth Management Receptionist to join our dynamic team in Coventry. This pivotal role is the first point of contact for our valued clients and visitors, requiring exceptional communication skills, a professional demeanour, and a keen eye for detail. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our front office, providing administrative support, and upholding the high standards of our corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome clients and visitors upon arrival, directing them appropriately.
- Manage incoming calls, directing enquiries to the relevant department or individual promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a tidy and professional reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for financial advisors and executives.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Assist with organising company events, meetings, and client seminars.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Process basic client requests and direct complex queries to appropriate personnel.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a reception or administrative role within a professional office environment.
