Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our WFH Customer Support team. This is a 100% remote position where you will provide exceptional service to Optus customers, resolving inquiries and assisting with various service needs. Full comprehensive training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary. We offer flexible shift work options to accommodate various lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, billing questions, and service-related concerns.
  • Provide accurate information about Optus products and services.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support or relevant departments when necessary.
  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and resolution times.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on company policies and procedures.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home workspace.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • No prior customer support experience required; full training provided.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, etc.).
  • Familiarity with telecommunications products and services.
  • Experience using CRM software.
