Job Description
Deloitte is seeking an experienced WFH HR Mentor – Professional Career Coaching to join our dedicated team. This is a 100% remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere within the UK. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your extensive HR and coaching expertise to guide professionals through their career journeys, helping them achieve their full potential. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality, personalized career coaching and mentorship to individuals at various stages of their professional development. You will work closely with our clients to identify their career aspirations, develop actionable plans, and overcome challenges, all while operating within a flexible remote framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one professional career coaching and mentorship to a diverse range of clients.
- Develop personalized career development plans, including goal setting, skill identification, and strategy formulation.
- Facilitate workshops and group coaching sessions on career-related topics such as leadership development, interview preparation, and personal branding.
- Offer guidance on navigating career transitions, promotions, and performance improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends, labor market insights, and best practices in career coaching and HR development.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress using our internal systems.
- Collaborate with other HR and talent development professionals to enhance our service offerings.
- Act as a trusted advisor, demonstrating empathy, confidentiality, and professional integrity at all times.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, talent management, career development, or professional coaching.
- Demonstrable experience in delivering impactful one-on-one and group coaching sessions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a client-centric approach.
- Proven ability to motivate, inspire, and guide individuals towards their career goals.
- Proficiency in using virtual communication and collaboration tools for remote work.
- A recognized coaching certification (e.g., ICF, EMCC) or equivalent professional qualification is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of career development principles, labor market dynamics, and adult learning methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working with professionals across various industries and career levels.
- Specific expertise in areas such as executive coaching, leadership development, or change management.
- Prior experience in a consulting environment.
