Job Description
Are you a highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and a desire to work from the comfort of your own home? Sky is looking for driven Remote Subscription Sales Agents to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn a competitive base salary with uncapped bonus potential, allowing you to control your earnings. You will be responsible for proactively engaging with potential and existing customers to sell Sky’s exciting range of subscription services, including TV, broadband, and mobile. Full training will be provided to ensure you have all the tools and knowledge to succeed, making this an ideal role for individuals ready to start a rewarding sales career.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact potential and existing customers via phone to present and sell Sky's subscription products and services.
- Build rapport and establish strong customer relationships to understand needs and tailor solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.
- Handle customer objections effectively and turn them into sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members and sales managers to share best practices and contribute to a positive team environment.
