Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented WFH Online Auction Clerk to join our growing remote team. This is a full-time, entry-level position perfect for individuals looking to start a career in online real estate and goods auctions. You will be responsible for supporting the smooth execution of online auctions by managing listings, processing bids, communicating with participants, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and upload online auction listings, including descriptions, photos, and terms.
- Monitor active auctions, manage bids, and assist with bid verification processes.
- Communicate effectively with bidders, sellers, and internal teams via email and online platforms.
- Process post-auction paperwork, including invoices, contracts, and settlement documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of all auction activities and participant information.
