Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Work From Home: E-learning Course Testers. This is a 100% remote, entry-level position perfect for those looking to start a career in the e-learning or quality assurance field, with no prior experience required. Full training will be provided to help you succeed in this role. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality, functionality, and user-friendliness of our diverse range of e-learning courses and modules. Your feedback will directly contribute to delivering high-quality educational content to our global user base.
Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly test e-learning courses, modules, and interactive elements across various platforms and browsers.
- Identify, document, and report any bugs, errors, or inconsistencies in course content, functionality, and design.
- Provide constructive feedback on course usability, clarity, and overall learner experience.
- Verify content accuracy, grammar, spelling, and adherence to instructional design guidelines.
- Follow established testing protocols and guidelines meticulously.
- Collaborate with content developers and instructional designers to ensure issues are resolved effectively.
- Maintain clear and concise records of all testing activities and outcomes.
