Job Description
Join EF Education First as an Online TEFL / ESL Teacher and empower students worldwide to achieve their English language goals from the comfort of your home. This is a 100% remote position where you will deliver engaging and interactive online English lessons to diverse learners using our cutting-edge digital platform. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, engaging, and interactive online English lessons to students of various age groups and proficiency levels.
- Prepare lesson materials and activities that align with EF's curriculum and pedagogical standards.
- Provide constructive feedback on student performance and progress.
- Maintain a positive, encouraging, and professional online classroom environment.
- Ensure timely and consistent communication with students and academic support staff.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions.
Required Skills
- Fluent in English (native or near-native proficiency).
- Valid TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and digital tools.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet teaching environment.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching.
- Minimum of 12 months experience in teaching, tutoring, or a related educational role.
Preferred Qualifications
