Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, organised, and enthusiastic Yoga Studio Receptionist to be the heart of Serenity Flow Yoga & Wellness. This role is crucial for creating a warm and welcoming first impression for all our students, ensuring a smooth flow of daily operations, and maintaining the peaceful atmosphere of our studio. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist all students, members, and visitors upon arrival.
- Manage class registrations, bookings, and cancellations efficiently.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Process payments for classes, memberships, and retail items using our studio management software.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area and common spaces.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Provide information about studio schedules, class descriptions, and membership options.
- Help promote special events, workshops, and new offerings.
- Open and close the studio as per schedule, ensuring all procedures are followed.
- Resolve student issues and concerns with a calm and helpful approach.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (email, scheduling software).
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.

- First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
