Job Description

Are you looking for an opportunity to kickstart your career in agriculture? Esperance Premium Produce is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Part-time Nut Harvesters. No prior experience is required – we provide full, comprehensive training to all new team members! Key Responsibilities

  • Operating and monitoring harvesting machinery under supervision
  • Performing manual harvesting tasks as required
  • Sorting and quality checking nuts to ensure high standards
  • Assisting with the loading and unloading of harvested produce
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in the orchard and processing areas
  • Following all health and safety guidelines and procedures
  • Working effectively as part of a team to meet daily production targets
  • Participating in training sessions and applying learned techniques

Required Skills

  • Ability to follow instructions and learn new tasks quickly
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting up to 15kg
