Job Description

This is an entry-level position designed for individuals with little to no prior IT experience. We believe in potential, not just past performance. You will receive comprehensive, PAID IT training to equip you with the skills needed to excel in a virtual helpdesk environment, supporting our diverse client base. This role is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while becoming a vital part of our expert support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all aspects of the paid IT training program, demonstrating a strong eagerness to learn.
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for common IT issues via phone, email, and chat after initial training.
- Assist users with software, hardware, and network-related queries, escalating complex issues to senior technicians.
- Document all support interactions and resolutions accurately in our ticketing system.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
- Follow standard operating procedures and best practices for IT support and data security.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and support methodologies.
Required Skills
- Strong passion for technology and a desire to learn IT concepts.
