Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Online Forum Moderator to join our team as a Safe Space Community Manager. This is an entry-level, full-time remote position, perfect for individuals passionate about online communities and digital well-being. You will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming and secure environment for users, enforcing community guidelines, and actively participating in discussions to encourage positive engagement. Full training will be provided to ensure your success in this vital role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor online forum activity for adherence to community guidelines and terms of service.
  • Proactively identify and address inappropriate content, spam, or disruptive behavior.
  • Respond to user inquiries, complaints, and reports with professionalism and empathy.

  • Generate reports on moderation activities and community health metrics.
