Job Description

Join Elders Limited as a Grain Trading Intern and gain invaluable hands-on experience in the dynamic world of agricultural logistics and grain trading. This entry-level internship is designed to provide comprehensive training and exposure to the full supply chain, from farm gate to market. You will learn about market analysis, commodity movements, logistics coordination, and client relationship management within the grain sector. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the grain trading team with market research and data analysis.
  • Support the coordination of grain movements and logistics, including scheduling and tracking deliveries.
  • Learn about commodity pricing, hedging strategies, and risk management.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on market trends and operational efficiency.
  • Communicate with farmers, buyers, and transport providers under supervision.
  • Shadow senior traders and logistics managers to understand daily operations.
  • Contribute to projects aimed at improving supply chain efficiency and profitability.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to trades and logistics.

Required Skills

  • Strong interest in agriculture, economics, or logistics.
