Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented WFH Stock Control Administrator with a strong focus on warehouse systems to join our dynamic team. This 100% remote role requires a proactive individual capable of managing inventory records, ensuring data accuracy within our warehouse management systems, and supporting the smooth flow of stock. You will be instrumental in maintaining optimal stock levels, processing movements, and liaising with various departments to resolve discrepancies, all from the comfort of your home office. Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail are paramount.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records across various warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Monitor stock levels and identify discrepancies, initiating investigations and corrective actions.
  • Process stock adjustments, transfers, and receipts in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Generate regular inventory reports for analysis and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with warehouse operations, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure seamless stock flow.
  • Assist in the reconciliation of physical stock counts against system records.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of stock control processes and system utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Problem-solving aptitude with a logical approach to resolving discrepancies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma or certification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with Australian logistics and supply chain practices.
