Job Description

Beacon Health System is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Public Sector Data Entry Processor to join our team in South Bend, Indiana. This is an immediate start opportunity for an individual committed to accuracy and efficiency in supporting vital public sector operations within a leading healthcare system. You will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining critical information across various systems, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of all data. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter data into various systems and databases, adhering to strict guidelines and protocols.
  • Verify data for errors, inconsistencies, and completeness, making necessary corrections.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive public sector and patient information at all times.
  • Assist with data organization, filing, and retrieval tasks as required.
  • Generate basic reports and summaries from compiled data to support administrative needs.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all public sector data entry protocols, policies, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies efficiently.

Required Skills

  • Proven proficiency in data entry and typing with a minimum speed of 45 words per minute.

  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
