Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Receptionist & Customer Liaison to join our busy boutique team in Gosford, NSW. This is an immediate opening for a pivotal role that ensures the smooth operation of our front desk and provides exceptional first impressions for our valued customers. You will be the friendly face and voice of Oroton, managing inquiries, assisting with administrative tasks, and supporting the sales team to deliver a premium retail experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet all customers and visitors upon arrival, offering assistance and directing them appropriately.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, welcoming, and reflective of the Oroton brand standards.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, appointments, and general information about our collections.
  • Support the sales team with administrative duties, including data entry, inventory checks, and preparing client communications.
  • Handle customer feedback and issues with empathy and a solution-oriented approach, escalating as necessary.
  • Coordinate showroom appointments and special client events.
  • Process minor sales transactions and assist with packaging when required.
  • Collaborate with the boutique manager to ensure a seamless customer journey from entry to exit.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a strong customer service orientation.
