Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized WFH Virtual Admin – Remote Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from your home office. As a key support professional, you will ensure the smooth operation of administrative tasks and provide essential assistance to various departments. This role is ideal for an detail-oriented individual eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment and grow within a leading telecommunications company. Full training will be provided to help you excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain digital filing systems, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Handle incoming communications, including emails and calls, and direct them to the appropriate contacts.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using various software applications.
  • Provide technical and administrative support to remote teams, troubleshooting minor issues as needed.
  • Assist with data entry and management within our CRM and project management tools.

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and web-based tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
