Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and energetic Window Cleaning Assistant to join our dynamic team for casual day work within the Joondalup Central Business District (CBD). This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to gain experience, enjoy outdoor work, and contribute to making businesses shine. Full training will be provided to ensure you are confident and competent in all aspects of the role. You will work alongside experienced professionals, ensuring our clients’ windows are spotless and streak-free.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior window cleaners in all aspects of window cleaning operations.
- Prepare work areas, including setting up ladders, safety cones, and equipment.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications
