Job Description

As a Client Care Officer, you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, providing essential administrative and front-line support to ensure the smooth delivery of our services. This ongoing stable role requires a compassionate and organized individual who can effectively manage patient inquiries, coordinate appointments, and maintain accurate records while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and care. You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, offering guidance and support in a professional and empathetic manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information and directing calls appropriately.

  • Maintain and update confidential patient records and databases with precision and compliance to data protection regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of client-related documentation and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff and other departments to ensure seamless client pathways.
  • Resolve client concerns and complaints with professionalism, escalating complex issues as necessary.
  • Ensure a welcoming and organized reception area for all visitors.
